- Jointly develop solutions that are based on best practices but grounded in the reality of your team’s environment
- Assist your team in implementing solutions
- Following up to ensure progress toward your goals

- MBTI Step II Team Profile
- Interviews with team members and team stakeholders
- built-for-purpose customized assessment tools
- Psychometric tools aimed at specific components of teamwork (e.g. identification of team roles, conflict styles)
