Team Assessment

• Assessing individual and collective perceptions, competencies and dynamics
• Providing  respectful but straight  feedback to the team leader and team members against RANA’s criteria for high performing teams
• Jointly develop solutions that are based on best practices but grounded in the reality of your team’s environment
• Assist your  team in implementing solutions
• Following up to ensure progress toward your goals

We use assessment methodology appropriate for your situation that could include:

• MBTI Step II Team Profile
•  Interviews with team members and team stakeholders
•  built-for-purpose customized assessment tools
• Psychometric tools aimed at specific components of teamwork (e.g. identification of team roles, conflict styles)
